You would think that football, given the number of quality high school programs in Colorado, could find a way to at least be middle of the pack in the Big Sky.

If you listen to Collins's post-game interviews and quotes from the paper, he just seems lost. He doesn't know how to fix the problem. If he doesn't recognize the fact that he needs to recruit better players, that's his own damn fault. 90% of college football is recruiting. We don't have the horses. It's not a knock on the current guys, and they're playing really hard, but they're not FCS talent. Just look at our tiny DB's out there attempting to cover and tackle D1 receivers. They're pinballs bouncing off of them. We have many 2-3 FCS players, the rest are D2 guys at best.
