With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

Current Players Are Saying...

I've heard the same...I think it's a high-risk, high-reward move. He'll either take us to the playoffs or be Scott Downing 2.0.

The big question would be, what was their reaction to it?

Good question, but it's funny, I bet a lot of them are ready for a fresh start. I know I've played on teams that maybe lacked strong leadership at the top and even if I liked the guy personally I was frustrated because I wanted to win and that guy wasn't getting us there.

So I'd bet most are happy with whoever at the moment and optimistic this will lead to bigger and better things.

The ones on offense are not as optimistic as you would think b/c they don't know what to expect. I've spoke to 6 offensive players who are returning starters or contributors and they don't like the idea of a run oriented offense. This probably comes from that fact that they were recruited with other things in mind. That list of 6 includes 3 receivers, a QB, a RB and 1 OLinemen. The Olineman was really upset about losing Bedell. This list did not include anyone from Mullen. Also heard from 3 defensive players put only 1 is returner and he didn't have an opinion just wants things to hurry up and be decided.

Not to be a jerk, but it doesn't matter a whole lot what the current players have to say about this. The right guy needs to be brought in. If a current player does not fit into that system they can always transfer. We need to be thinking longer term here. That being said I hope all the current players get excited and want to finish here.
