I thought the PA Announcer for last weekends game did a good job. Was he just filling in for one game? Will Baggot be back for the next home game?
 
I hope they dont bring back Baggot. This other guy seemed to have more football IQ... I enjoyed him more..
 
I agree and disagree. He seemed like he got a few penalties mixed up on what the ref was signaling and said some weird things. He was more colorful except he is just announcing the game, not color commentary on the radio. So there was the good with the bad. The one that got me the most is another WEBER STATE first down. Im so used to WILDCAT first down. Just sounded off to me. But if he is the new announcer i think we can live with him
 
Someone tell the new guy to say wildcat first down instead of weber state first down and keep him around. He is much more exciting to listen to than Dave.
 
I think Dave only missed the game because he was doing the Raptors game that night. The Raptors were playing Orem that night.

Dude, he owns the Raptors. Of course he is obligated to be there over a WSU game. :wtf:
 
Sorry, but I have to disagree. Both my wife and I did not like the announcer last week, he does not have a good "radio" voice and his excitement came off as quirky. A few of what seemed like fairly obvious calls were wrong and the "first down" thing was just awkward. We're hoping that was just a one time thing.
