props to NDSU even if they are a dirty as hell team.
unclean for sure. very dirty players, need a shower after this one

I'm not sure how much of it was intentional, but they do seem to be coached to cut block. Still, they found a way to win, so congrats to them. We'll get them next year in Cheney.

Other then injuries, I feel fine about this game. If we face these boys in the playoffs I won't be scared a bit especially if there are impartial officials and review folks in the booth.

Looks like NDSU is down this year.

Had ample opportunity to walk away with this one. Great game. I too would love to see them again in the playoffs. I think we have a very good team this year.

They aren't down, we are UP. We have a hell of a team this year.

I believe some of the NDSU teams of the past would have put us away with 3 turnovers, pick 6, missed fg, missed extra point, injured Cooper, and officials in their back pocket.

Conversely, I don't want to take anything away from our team because for all of those things to happen and still take it to OT in Fargo is a pretty good indication how good our team is. I'm excited to see how this thing turns out. I'm proud of our men.

We turned the ball over a bunch of times when we played them in 2010, too. We couldn't overcome the mistakes this time, but I'm glad that the team fought tooth and nail to the end. NDSU made two great plays on defense in overtime and then put the game away on the next play. Congrats to NDSU. They're the #1 team for a reason.

That was a tough way to lose the game.

Hopefully the injuries are nothing too serious.

Plenty of season left to play, and I think that UNI is beatable.

Go Eags!

I'm as disappointed with the result as any, but still proud of the heart the team showed. I think we've got a good team this year.

I'm bummed as well, but one game doesn't define a season. It's better to lose early to the number one team in the country than it is to lose late in conference play and I think this team has the drive to win the Big Sky this year.

Which makes me wish we were playing Western Oregon instead of UNI next week.

Didn't they beat Sac State? :o

Sure would be nice if we had Bryant a week after their Montana State game. I just wish we had someone we could blow out. These close, competitive games wear the team out in a bad way.

Western Oregon would be a good one, too.

Wow, what a game!
Lost to the 5 time national champs in OT in their house. And the 2nd road game in a row. We're in great shape, New QB and O line and new O coordinator! Were only getting better every week. Yes, the officiating was horrible on both ends. The interception by EWU on the 2 yard line that was overturned followed by the fumble on the next play that was overturned was a key moment, if both calls on the field would have went EWU's way, they WOULD HAVE NOT been over turned, per game announcers. That to me was a big point in the game. Yes, the missed PAT and missed FG would have been huge, even won the game, but that's football. We've shown after 2 games EWU can hang with ANY FCS team in the nation. What"s done what is done, lets move on and run the table and see NDSU in the Championship game, it will be a nightmare for them on a neutral field. GO EAGS, proud of you guys and coaches

If we meet them in Frisco, it won't be a neutral field. These guys buy up the tickets the moment they go on sale every year. That gamble has paid off so far I suppose.

I was thinking of that as I was posting, but it's still not the Fargo Dome., but I totally get your point... CRAP!!
