Well, Jimmy G. is definitely an upgrade over Derek Carr...but as far as I'm concerned, Asher O'Hara would be an upgrade over Carr. (Yes, I'm majorly biased there.) On the other hand, Garoppolo has been where Herbert has not...the Super Bowl....
