Stay away from hiring him........I get that he had success at Illinois State, but his OL's at CU were THE WORST I've seen there (thats saying something with 2 NFL talents on both of them in Solder and Miller). This would be Scott Downing all over again.

Yeah he had a mediocre record in 8 years at Illinois State but at least he's run a program. I'd like to learn more.
