What’s going on at backup RB?

And it appears Cannon is injured since he isn’t on the depth chart?

A few surprises. Maybe Coach will elaborate at today's Wildcat Club Coaches Luncheon

Glad to see Jenks get the starting job.

Why are Kevin Smith and David Jones not listed on the RB spot? With the noise Smith made last year at the end of the season how could he not be listed as at least being the backup?

Kevin Smith and David Jones have injuries

Kris Jackson is a stud. I think he will play a lot this year. When the others get back, we will have a full stable of top notch guys. I'm happy for Kris to get his chance this early. Sounds like a lot of freshmen are going to play. :coffee:

I'm with Olds on Kris Jackson. I won't be surprised if he's the starter by the end of the season. He's good, and he has size. Best RB out of AZ this recruiting class.

I heard Mo Cannon broke his leg will be out 6 weeks

Ugh!! That really stinks for him. I hope he is able to get healthy quick and that it doesn't affect him long-term. He is such a good player and with him available only makes us better. Though, I've heard that we are really deep and talented on the OL.

Weber has been stung a bit this Fall with the injury bug, but thankfully the Cats have depth and talent. Regardless, I am a bit shocked by some of the names on the 2-deep. Shows us how talented the last two classes have been for the Cats.

Recovery time for Cannon is about 4 weeks
