Do the Right thing: Dylan Orms video

I did not see this posted yet. Dylan Orms speech from the senior banquet. Telling it like it is.

After watching this heartfelt speech, I understood why the players selected him as captain even though the coaches had benched Orms in favor of giving younger players experience for the future.

"I thought a lot about how I'd feel at my senior banquet, but I never thought I'd feel disapointed ... I look up here and all I see is a waste of talent ... "

I was very impressed with Dylan Orm's speech. What a lot of respect that young man has earned. I totally wish him nothing but success in the future and I truly hope that all the players take his heed and to change the culture of losing and to not blame anybody else for the failures. Thats right, not even the coaching staff because thats a copout. They need to get off there ass and go out on the field and let nobody tell them they cannot be winners and quit the petty bitching going on because it serves no useful purpose. All it does, is produce failures. Winners dont whine my friends !

DO has been a respectful, and straight forward example. He has, and will continue to represent this program as a first class person ( Bear ).
