I mean almost every article about the Bears this season has been about how good B Dub is. All the players and coaches are really excited about this kid. I've been to a few practices and I like what I've seen, but playing well against your own team doesn't prove all that much. I am glade we have someone back there that the players are comfortable with. B Dub takes charge in the huddle, makes plays and is generally liked by his teammates. Hopefully we can surround him with talent, if so this team might suprise some people.
 
I think a couple things, A.) the standard is so low it wouldn't take much to be better than what we've had the last 5 years or so but unfortunatly, B.) transfers are always kind of sketchy so we'll have to wait and see... so yeah I do believe he is better than what we've had but I'd need to see some more to think we had something great. It was only a year ago we were like oh we have a transfer QB from a Big Ten school he has to be awesome! And well, didn't quit work out the kid is now a tight end.
 
My concern is that we could have Payton Manning back there and he wouldn't stand a chance. The culture around the entire team needs to change, lets hope it has.
