Does any one know the story about parking lot 7?

They ripped out the trees and asphalt in parking lot seven in the southeast corner of campus. Anyone know what they are doing?

It looks like the widened that parking lot entrance and re-poured the "curb islands"... Hopefully they'll have it repaved by game one. Looks like they're pretty much done anyways...
