Wow, this team looks pretty damn good in conference play.

The team looks great and I hope they can continue the momentum. Weber will be a tough matchup but I think we can beat them. On a good shooting night I think we can beat a lot of teams.

The women’s team is also looking very special this year.

The womens coach brought in tranfers and portal players and is making it work...a really good team (for a change). Mens team plays hard and plays defense and has offensive tools all over the place. Good shit man!!!

The three mens games I've been at have an enthusiasm, even without students, I've not seen in a while. Going out to watch the women today.
When students show up Reese court will be an exciting place to be on game day :thumb:

What's to make of Venters being at the game with his parents last Saturday? Probably just wanted to see some friends play, but why were the parents in Eagle gear? They seem like nice people. I just don't know if I could do it myself. Feels like you wear one logo or the other. Again, that's just me. They're probably classier.

He graduated from Eastern. Think his folks may have also attended. For me it's not a zero-sum situation.
