Eagles in the Pros

Coop just made a catch on the 1 yd line (no TD) for a gain of about 4 yards that was possibly a top 10 catch of his career, including that knee catch from VA.

He falls down on coverage as the ball is on the way, and he some how burpees his way into the air to snag it before the back can snag an INT.
 
According to stat sheet, Cooper was 6 target but only receptions. Anyone see the game? That is not like him to miss 3 passes.

One was an interception (Goff stared him down the entire play), another was an overthrow by Goff, not sure about the third one.

That was a sad play for a pro? It was not a quick pass and Goff led the LB right to the pass.

Wonder what the league's all rookie catch record is? I am sure Coop know and has his sights set on that.
He will only be a rookie once!
 
Anquan Bolden had 101 catches in 2003 for the rookie record. Only 45 to go! With three regular season games, very unlikely. With a big playoff run (although still pretty unlikely) it's not completely out of the question.

Kendrick is doing great with the 49ers and appears to be a favorite target of Jimmy Garoppolo. In the link under the NFC West it highlights Kendrick.
 
Vernon Adams was cut by the Hamilton Tiger Cats. They tried to trade him, and he volunteered to move to WR when no trade came through.

Have to wonder if another CFL team will give him a shot. Maybe he should try the Arena League.

Or get a job. I think he was seeking a degree in play ground management while @ Oregon.

He was interviewed by a Portland station after he transferred. He said that if he wasn't playing football then he'd like to get into coaching.
