This article has Nsimba making the 53 man roster.

Thanks for posting. Nsimba had a 4 catch game this weekend and looked good doing it.

So this article has Neary as a near miss. Every time he's on the field Rams are crushing the run game.

Some of the comments on those they list the "make" the cut.

Evans has struggled all preseason but his draft pedigree and potential will keep him around.
Honestly, the NFL never learns or is the NFL commentators?

Edwards has a lot of room for improvement but looked better against Dallas than he did in Oakland.
High praise?

OL Jamil Demby Will a train wreck of a game against the Cowboys push him on the wrong side of the roster bubble?
If that doesn't do it, what would?

Lol, great post. I think this has more to do with the writers incompetence with evaluating offensive lineman than anything.

This article believes Jay-Tee Tiuli is already out of contention for the Seahawks roster. Maybe the Rams pick him up, too?

Ketner Kupp has been cut.

Simba Webster and Aaron Neary are still on for now .

Bourne and C. Kupp were pretty much a lock. It seems that, unless there is some last minute shuffling, Neary, Webster, and Jones all made the cut on their prospective teams!

Go Eags!

Probably the end of K. Kupp's career. Stand up guy, I hope for the best for whatever is next.

Is this the most we have had at one time in the NFL?

I forgot to mention Samson Ebukam, so EWU currently has six in the NFL!

It's rare for an FCS team to have six players at once. It has happened, but it's pretty rare. The NDSU dynasty currently has 7.

I can't say for sure, but I doubt EWU has ever had six at once make the active roster. Not to mention that one of them is a household name for Rams fans and fantasy football players.

Kupp with another great game! Hall of Famer.

I have a reputation for grabbing Kupp in my fantasy football league. Someone reached for him to trade bait him to me, so I have no Kupp this year. Too bad my competitiveness outweighs my Kupp love.

Had to face Kupp this week. Ouch that hurt.

I saw an article that Taiwan Jones is active this week for the Texans against the panthers.

Does anyone know what his role has been the past few years? He keeps making teams, but has no active stats...is he purely a special teams player?

He was the special teams captain in Buffalo a couple years back.

Yes, for a while he was considered a pro bowl level kick returner. I think he is just a depth/gimmick player now. He would be an amazing running back if he wasn't a horrible pass blocker.

After 9 years in the NFL, that is pretty much his highlight film!! I am VERY happy for him.
Good news bad news, he is no longer a secret!

This Eagles In The Pros topic department is very cool for those of us interested in following the professional achievements of Eagle (and Savage) football players, and coaches. I would like to suggest a similar subject department with longer more complete reports of our players which would be more historical. Listed alphabetically by player name, years and playing honors at Eastern it would also include brief information of pro team(s) experiences, i.e. team names, years played, major achievements/record statistics, Superbowl appearances, even year of death. I suggest this fully confident that I am beyond any ability to create or perpetuate such a continuing record for those who have carried their Eastern roots far beyond Cheney. Anyone?
