8,361 attendance
Jr cheer squad performed at halftime. That helped bring out a very good crowd.

the last time we had 8k or more for a regular season big sky game was against ewu in 2003. the marketing dept did a big promo to get local families to the game. we had over 10,000.

Maybe its just me, but in my opinion the Eagles are DIRTY! Not scrappy not tough, just DIRTY!
What a bunch of thugs. :ohno: :ohno:
I wouldn't be stunned to learn that it trickles down from the coach. I'd bet anything he told his squad to not let Lillard touch the ball down the stretch so he wouldn't get his average. They were gunning for Bull on every inbound during the final two minutes.

After seeing that coach in action, I will say right now, he will not do better than the last few coaches, who have been fired, and he will be fired within 3 - 4 years. He should have been tossed from that game. I think that the BSC will grow weary of him and that as the word gets out about his methods, he won't be able to get any good HS talent. That might be why he is already turning to over seas kids now. They wont know much about him or his ways.

i always root for the teams that outsource to lose. st mary's n new mex st to name a few. has anyone seen nmsu roster? what a joke. :bad:

Weber is currently recruiting an Aussie, and he would be a huge addition to our program. I hope Rahe and Co. are able to bring him on board. He is tough as nails. One hell of a fine basketball player. I hope he chooses Weber State. I don't think it is a bad thing to have foreign born players. It is a great opportunity for them and it enriches our program. Players play to a coaches standard. Randy Bennett, even though he is scared to come to Ogden, is a quality coach. Hayford is new, Eastern's players were as dirty last year as they were this year. But it was pretty pathetic watching Hayford argue for an additional 5mins over a no brainer call. That was very SOD of him. Oh, and to remind a few of you on this board, Weber has had a number of foreign players. Just to name a few:

Stephan Bachman
Steve Morrison
Danko Baker
Thurig Olson
Ivan Ghatto
Slobodan
Arturus Valeinka
Talmadge Eyre (he is from out of this world!!) LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL
and finally catcat's fav.. Niparovich,

9 players in 50 yrs is nothing to complain about. u forgot kirk smith. but an entire roster? i can understand no one wants to live in new mexico but saint mary's is in a population area of 7 million. lol. due to recent growth in outsourcing and offshoring since the dot com boom i am anti outsourcing scholarships to non americans since they are paid for by local tax dollars. lolz

maybe i am just disgruntled since i lost a job to india in 2010. lol.
