Eags Offensive Linemen 2015

Anyone have any OL news from Spring ball or the scrimmage? How are the new starters doing and how about the new backups?
Nice article in the Spokesman on Saturday about the O-line and great quotes by Best. Jim Allen is doing a series of 8 articles on the Eagles. I always enjoy his writing.

Thank you I saved that link to EWU football stories. I enjoyed the articles. The OL article was nice. The article on the scrimmage and the stats made it sound like the OL had some struggles (3 sacks, some hurries, and botched snaps).

"For the offense, it was decidedly different. High winds didn’t help, but the Eagles shot themselves in the foot while in shotgun formation with several botched snaps.

“Then the whole play doesn’t have a chance from a timing standpoint,” said Baldwin, who added that “I don’t really judge things as much on a scrimmage – I try to judge it as a whole."

How many botched snaps were there at the scrimmage? Are there any links to film of the scrimmage?

No worries about the offensive line. I think the defensive line is starting to mature and is able to hold it's own a little more. Our new guys on the offensive line have some solid experience and will develop as a very nice unit. We will be competitive in the trenches this year on both sides, folks.

No doubt. Coach Best is the best. He and the recruiting coordinators found an outstanding group once again in 2015 and they will be special.
