• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

Early conference predictions

I'm ready for football and it's not even June!

Here's my picks on how the conference will shape up at the end of the season.

1. E. Washingon
2. Montana
3. Weber St.
4. MSU
5. NAU
6. THE UNIVERSITY OF NORTHERN COLORADO
7. ISu
8. Portland State
9. Sac State.

Over all I think we will get by with 5-6 wins. Anything below that and we'll be rebuilding again with a new coaching staff next season. I don't know if I can handle that.

bTW, lindy's magazine had us last. Stating QB questions, but mentioned something nice about Chesla.

Man - I hope you are right. It is all guesswork at this point, but right now I can't see anything but 8 or 9 for the Bears. I hope I am wrong.

Yeah you know I think UNC sort of has to show us something before we can pick them for anything better than last place, the onus is on them for that. After the last two years and how bitterly disappointing they have been I'd really be happy with 3 wins and would consider that a step in the right direction. But if I had to bet the farm and I took emotions out of it I don't see a game on their schedule I'd put money on them winning. Sad but true and I really hope they prove me wrong but until they do they are a last place team once again.

I'm with Brian, uncfootballrules, and Blofeld on this one. I see us in 9th or 8th if we get lucky and scrap out a win against Sac or ISU. I will look for improvement in scores though and will probably torch NF if we have to endure another homecoming shutout.

Can't project much of a season based on last year's record together with the fact that so many stood on the sideline during Spring ball. The onus is indeed on them to prove otherwise.

I'm not sure what they will do, but I sure as hell expect them to up about 5 wins to make it a respectable season.
