Early Signing Period (NLI): November 10

Tomorrow is the first day an athlete can sign a NLI: National Letter of Intent. Tomorrow, Weber State will be signing a number of athletes for a variety of programs. As for the basketball team...I believe, Weber should be expecting to sign three athletes.

Interesting how ESPN had him as a 87 before he verballed with Weber State and now have him as an 80.
 
I would say that we have had three or four great recruiting classes in a row. Those ESPN grades are just opinions about potential. They are not some actual measure. An example of that is all of the players with a grading of 40. All that really means is that nobody, from ESPN, has actually looked at them. Opinions are not that reliable. An example of that is the NBA draft. Look at how many first round picks wash out of the league in just a few short years, and then look at the number of second round and undrafted players who enjoy long and productive careers.
