Enough is enough

I realize that in posting this, everyone, including the football players and coaches will see this; all the athletes read these boards. I understand the impact this will have on my reputation. I am going to do it anyways, because I believe in the greater good. "The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few."

Thanks for sharing this. I have felt similar, Ross. Trust me, defending Idaho State to the point of starting fights was the way I use to play it. As time went on, I realized I was merely an extension of the problem and full of blind faith. People deserve to be heard and they deserve to have a place to vent. This is the place--even if Idaho State does its best to control what is said.

I agree with you superfan. I also think to have real change Vialis and Tingey need to go. Vialis is responsible for the many of the problems on campus, but is smart enough to have others take the fall. Athletics has gone down hill since he arrived.

I agree with ISUSuper though you might not want to hear from a WSU fan. Personally I think Holt needs to go for the greater good of the program. Wasn't Z recently extended? Or was that OB?

Many WSU fans would agree that ISU needs some change. As much as we like to dislike ISU as a rival, we feel bad for the fans that are suffering. It wasn't very long ago that you were conference champs.

Weber, Z's contract was extended, but at the time it was something we had to do. We didn't have any money in the reserve fund, and Z's team was asked to play both Arizona St. and Oklahoma last year. So Z did a lot for the athletic dept. in general by playing both of those teams in the same year, and it would have been difficult to tell him, "thanks for playing those two bodybag games, we really appreciate the money. And oh, by the way, you're fired." This year we just played Utah State and will play Georgia in November, so it will be easier to let him go after this season.
