ESPN just isn't paying any attention at all

And while they are at it ( the NCAA), how about changing the rates so that 11 out of 16 teams in one conference (Big East) are not going to the NCAA tournament? The lack of respect hoops has anywhere west of the Mid-east is a problem. Thos of us that live int he west are sorry that our games start after your bedtime, but we do have some really good teams in the West. That is what your DVR is for anyway.
ok wishful thinking....

I heard that Tulsa will return the favor and come to the Dee to play a game this year. When you build a home court advantage, it is a real challenge getting teams that may be higher on the RPI list to play you at your place....too much downside if they were to lose.

If that happens thats wonderful, we could have one of the best home schedules that we had in a long time next year, Utah State, Utah, Southern Utah, Tulsa and possibly San Jose St.

I do think that teams dont want to play here because of the fear of losing, I dont think it has anything to do with money. if SUU can get UNLV at home, than Weber should to, If Montana can get Oregon State Why cant Weber? Those teams wont play us because the threat of losing is quite large.

Don't forget that Weber also gets a home bracket buster game next year, and if the Cats are really good next year, that means the bracketbuster will be a really good team. I'd love to have Long Beach State visit the Dee again!!

Yeah I would love to see more Big West schools visit the Dee, but I also wouldnt mind seeing another game with the likes of Nevada again or how about St.Mary's :D

If memory serves, the BSC considered a rule several years back limiting non conference non d-1 opponents to one per season to help with conference RPI. Either way, the reality is when we have solid teams (like next season) we have to consider spending December on the road. A OT loss at Tulsa is always better than a home win against Colorado Christian.
