Great win by the Bears the other night against a solid Eagles team. It's hard to figure out this team. When they play defense, they're good. When they decide not to, they're horrible. I guess maybe I did just figure them out.

Idaho is pretty good. 2pm game time.
 
If you told me Thursday that we split this weekend I would have probably been OK with it. Obviously EWU isnt the same team as last year but thats a quality win. Idaho isnt bad either, definitely a winnable game after watching the 2nd half but Im encouraged.

What in the world happened with Jamal Evans on saturday? He was fantastic! Finally showed us what he is capable of, and if he can be consistent then this team has every piece they need to make a run. I know it's been referenced on this board before that this team is not as talented as some of the teams in the past few years and maybe they dont have any all conference locks like some of those teams had - but 1 through 7, I think this team is pretty darn capable. Solid weekend to start Big Sky play. Go Bears!
