Not bad after losing your starting QB, albeit the best one in the country, and you're still ranked in the Top 10.

Apparently the coaches think the same thing I do and have been saying on here all off season. MSU must prove to me they're worth the hype before I buy in.
 
Eastern deserves to be #6, we still return 13 all conference players. If we didn't give up 75 yards in the last two plays to end the game against NAU, West would have been 4-0 last year. We will be just fine, but we have a brutal start to the year.

MSU is probably underrated IMO, they are going to be really, really good this year. They have had their November collapses but last year Dakota was hurt to end the year. MSU probably finishes the year ranked in the top 5, I don't see many loses (EWU) and probably 1 or 0 in conference play.

UM is a tough one. Who knows what they are going to be. New coach, new system, new QB. They could be great or they could take a dive. If Stitts system will work at this level I think it will take a couple years to bring his guys in. I think they are probably ranked to high.

We could start 0-3 and still win the conference. Haven't heard much on summer workouts, but assume it was a continuation of the spring and the Eags will be just fine at QB regardless of the starter. Great point on returning all conference players, definitely loaded. The red shirts from last year will push the starters as well. EWU is deep. MSU goes as Prukop goes. UM's defense will be good and the offense more innovative under Stitt, should be a fun game against NDSU to start the season. Looking forward to it all!

Can the BSC wrestle the title back from the MVC???
