EWU/Griz Predictions

I'll sure up some ?s I saw. Or kicker is a true freshman. great great leg. But could be suspect. Our d is solid when we don't make them stand out on the field 20+ minutes a half. Ie, last week! I think the griz will battle. Bottom line is turn overs. If we give it up....we will lose by 10+. However if the griz keep control and the d gets some rest...I would homer pick and say griz by 7. honestly ewu is great. Is their off. Going to get through the griz d? If they get the deep game going out would be lights out vs the griz. BUT!!!! Remember if they try that game early, and get some 3&outs....The griz could put up points quick. They have been putting up points! Double edge sword. Final prediction... Griz 28 ewu 24

Is this writing a product of the educational institution that regards itself so highly that it kept EWU out of the BSC for 3 years back in the '80's because it wasn't a peer institution? I can see that whole Harvard of the west influence.

Although I know we have the better team, the offense is making me nervous. Our running game is better then last year, but the quarterback position needs improvement. We have a ridiculously talented wide receiving crew that will run wild on any defense in the country if we can just get them the ball.

I am confident that we will win, but I'm nervous about the qb situation. I would not be surprised if we won 38-21, and I wouldn't be shocked if we lost a close game 21-17 either. I really think it all hinges on how our qb(s) play.

You hit the nail on the head. If EWU's qb comes to play.... EWU wins.

I am sure the Stanford Cardinals went into Husky stadium yesterday with an attitude, thinking we've got these guys, we're ranked #8 yada..yada..yada. Once the Huskies got old MO on their side Stanford could not stop it.
I am confident we have the skill to win but it has to happen on the field.
Go Eagles

I ended up with 6 extra game tickets, 2 in section B and 4 in section F. The ticket office says they can not sell them so the game must not be a sellout.
If you need tickets send me a PM

all sold

I hope the other 21 players show up to help the qb. It's not fair for him to have to play the Griz by himself.

I would have gladly bought 4 of them off of you if I would have known earlier this week (instead bough GA through the school). I may need 2 still, I'll check and let you know if I do.

I know there are a lot of people on craigslist looking for tickets, may not hurt to post them...
