EWU off to great start

I can't say that I've ever seen that before; Eastern shoots two FT before the jump ball because a Weber player dunked in warm-ups. Kind of a a weird, bad start, come on Weber win it outright and get some momentum going for the BSC tourney.

Hill misses one, no more 100%... best line from the EWU announcer "this has not been a consistently called game by the officials" really... welcome to the big sky.
 
Did we pull our heads out of our asses? It's almost like this team just realized that we can win the conference title outright and Montana was the team trying to get a share...
 
Turnovers not too bad in the first half. The only bad one I noticed was Gittens but 6 in the half we can live with. Also 10 assists on 11 makes-- I love that.

So far so good, but they need to play a compete game, no second half meltdowns!
 
Way to respond to the awful start. Hopefully, they hold on to their nipples and finish this one. We CAN'T share the title with effing Montana!
 
8-13 from 3, halftime!

school record is 17 in a game.

we have a 11 pt halftime lead and have only made 3 non 3 pt FG's.

10 assists, 11 FG's. box score looks great and we servin em on the boards too. if this keeps up it would be a blowout.

He also has an amazing steal, he went way up the ladder to pick off that EWU pass that Berry was able to score on.
 
Sheesh, every time we breathe on a guy, we get whistled. Five fouls in barely 3 and a half minutes. Bigs in serious foul trouble.
