Why do the DBs consistently give up too much space in coverage? I would rather see them aggressive and getting PI's than having receptions in front of them the entire game.

I don't get it either. Our defense makes no sense. We have 3 DBs 40 yards down the field and no one within 10 yards of a receiver. Really, really shitty. It feels like we're in another game where we need to score on every possession. I sure as hell hope Ena gets this sorted. But he didn't last season.

We’ve been doing this horseshit for literally as long as I can remember.

I agree, we have the athletes to cover people tight and not get picked apart. We have the most passive defense in the BSC, maybe in the entire FCS. This defensive strategy is squandering the best offense in FCS. This is bullshit!
