FCS/Big Sky coaching changes

Congrats to JOE. What a great coach and person. Now, regarding Montana State, I fell out of my chair laughing as they have one down season and the coaching staff gets run out of town and here we are in Greeley, Colorado. I will leave it at that !

Let's have some fun...
Other than the 3 schools that are going to the playoffs, how many of the remaining 10 Big Sky schools are happy with their 2015 seasons?
Answer: Only UNC. In fact, Montana State fired their coach for the same 3-5 conference record as UNC.

This is the perfect time to get rid of this bunch and wine & dine a "proven" head coach, cause we are returning virtually our entire offense and great players on D. The current staff will not provide the atmosphere for these players to grow and get better.

Maybe, just maybe, Dunn and Norton will get their butts in gear after seeing how a program like Montana State stays successful.

Now for the bad news...
Special teams coach Cummings has been approached by several schools. If Collins again coaches the ST, expect them regress.

I know both of those schools are interested in Jed Stugart who is at USF. That would not be good for UNC because he is a great Coach and a great recruiter. He recruits Colorado hard and has plucked major talent from Colorado at D2 Sioux Falls! Imagine what he would do with more resources.

Yikes. Is it safe to assume that those schools have a lot more money to throw at a coach than we do?
Seems like we will always be behind the curve.
