FCS Elimination Game

If you're up tonight, we could use some votes in the Elimination Game on the FCS Boards. There's been a full-court press to dump us.

At last word, we were down to 4 points after being as high as 81 last week....

Too late. We were originally taken out sometime in the wee hours of the morning. CatMom (TX St) made some corrections (there are often errors with simultaneous posts), putting us back in with 1 point. Almost immediately, OhioHen (Delaware) took us out.

That's a continuation of a trend I noticed last week: when someone's on the downward spiral, people smell blood and REALLY go after them. The anti-Sac trend actually seemed to start with Gardner-Webb of all people. Perhaps that was smack back at me for supporting Liberty (which granted my B.S. and is my place of choice for my M.A.R.). Then Griz and Weber fans started jumping on the bandwagon. But the main effort against us really seemed to come from back East more than from the Sky. I can't explain it other than possibly smack on me.

Yeah I went to vote last night and noticed we were taken out. With the small amount of Sac State posters on the site it’s amazing we made it as far as we did. It’s was an entertaining game that definitely helped pass the time. Unfortunately there is still a month until kickoff. :x
