Just noticed at WeberStateSports.com that tickets to the WIU playoff game will go on sale to the public tomorrow (11/21) @ noon. Loyal donors get first dubs today. Hope it's a great crowd Sat. maybe largest this home season? Weather outlook for high 50s & partly cloudy, as of right now :coffee:

Tickets are on sale now. Season tickets that are not claimed by the season ticket holder are available starting at Noon Tuesday.

Congrats on the playoffs and the BSC championship, I will be cheering for you all the way, great to see you get a home game.

Thanks for the support!! By the way, if you can't make it into the playoffs, beating the Griz (for me, getting the chance to read the Egriz melt-down is epic) is the next best thing. Nice win over the weekend.

Well if we cant be a BSC champ, or make the playoffs then beating the fizz, knocking them out of the playoffs and getting their coach fired makes this off season a lot better. I think Choate is building a solid team and hope to be a contender next year. 18 of 22 starters return.

It's certainly not over but NAU choking away their home game vs San Diego. I wasn't sold on NAU and they certainly faded at the end of BSC play. I would have loved to see SAC get a chance to show what they could do.

NAU getting blasted by San Diego at home. Folks at Eastern and possibly Montana have some legitimate gripes right now.

I think that Sac St. and EWU have legitimate gripes with having NAU selected over them. Sac had wins over SUU and San Diego. NAU may have had one good win. :wall:

Funny thing about NAU, they played better when it was anounced that their coach would be fired at the end of the season. After they said that he would be retained for on more year, they fell apart. There is something, beneath the surface, happening at NAU. :wtf:

#3 seed Jacksonville St. and #4 seed Central Arkansas go down in their first playoff game vs Kennesaw St. (11-1) and New Hampshire (9-4) respectively. I hope the seeds keep falling throughout the evening.

...and #8 Southern Utah

James Madison has given up 5.2 Pts Per Game in their last 5 games and against 3 playoff teams (and 1 bubble team, I think) and haven't given up more than 14 this season! :yikes:

Going to be a tall order beating the Dukes. Will be on ESPN2, which is awesome. Weber Football on national broadcast tv. Unbelievable!

Playoffs bring out the best in some teams, Weber, New Hampshire and Kennesaw are prime examples

Exactly, and Weber has nothing to lose in this game. As the heavy underdog, Jay Hill can pull out all the stops and try and pull the upset. All the pressure is on JMU.

Good, hard-fought FCS championship game this morning, the last college football game of the season I care to watch. I thought JMU was the better overall talent but they had too many turnovers and simply dropped a few key passes that they had no reason too. The Weber loss to JMU stings even more now as I believe Weber would have been in this game, and had the talent needed to win it. Still, this was the most entertaining WSU football season I've ever seen. I hope Coach Hill can work some magic in replacing the Seniors and keep this program inching closer to a national championship.

AMEN to that...looking forward to next year & hopefully another successful, exciting year for Weber State football!

Thought JMU fought hard but had some untimely drops by the receiver(s) & a questionable play call at the end of the 1st half (6 seconds left & going for a field goal instead of trying for a TD from a few yards out, bet Coach Hill would have tried for 7 instead of 3(?)). Nice to hear the announcers mention the tough matchup JMU had with Weber State & the last second field goal JMU win vs. the Wildcats.

But it's always easy to arm-chair quarterback or coach & really both team's defenses are top notch (like the Wildcats). Interesting game it certainly was & great record crowd atmosphere... :twocents:
