San Diego is even worse than I thought they were. Just terrible.

Sooooo sloooooow. Can't do shit on 1st or 2nd down...then 3rd and long and throw it into the bleachers. That seems to be their game plan.

Montana still throwing the ball with their 1st teamers in the game up 31-0 against the equivalent of a DIII team? Stay classy, Montana.

The Griz got got a bye and scrimmage all in one "game". I know how this matchup was made, I just don't why. Something has to change.

By-product of the 24 team playoff expansion...I.E. participation award. A non-scholarship team has no business playing FCS football, let alone being in the playoffs. There's a handful of NAIA and Division III teams that would blast these guys. At the same time, if we finished 8-4 in the regular season we would be playing these guys right now instead of getting the bye...so whatever. Montana definitely got the easiest first round matchup. The other games are actually mostly pretty competitive.

And Vernon played how long in the game against an NAIA team?

Totally different scenario. You are aware that 5 or 6 starters didn't even suit up for that game?

I just hope that SD makes enough of a game of it so Montana has to keep their starters in for an extended period. It's BS they got such an easy opener.

Are you going to call BS because we win the second round too?
