• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.
  • Hi Guest, want to participate in the discussions, keep track of read/unread posts and more? Create your free account and increase the benefits of your eGriz.com experience today!
  • Guest, do want an ad free experience on BigSkyFans.com among other benefits? Upgrade your account today!

Simply click your profile name > account upgrades > BigSky Club > choose between the year long subscription (two free months) or month to month

Thanks for the continued support. Cheers!

The less the gov't is involved in anything the better.

Yeah like police, emergency services, highway construction, labor regulation, food safety, higher education, farm subsidies, and children's healthcare! Get the guberment outta there! #MAGA

LeftyEag, most of these are provided locally. As an example, the gov't in "higher" ed is a disaster in costs rising meteorically, while the value of a degree has dropped expeditiously. Yes, there are always exceptions; but Healthcare and Higher Ed are too very good examples of where the government has not been a benefit to the majority. There are plenty of socialist or worse countries to move too. There is a reason the US and our constitution is the shining light to the world, why people want to make it the same as the lowest common denominator countries is beyond me. Maybe they should try our experiment, instead of the other way round.

Okay a couple things. This whole issue is about the STATE legislature regulating a STATE institution. You were the first person to bring up the federal government.

Moreover, I'm not going to go blow for blow with you about federal domestic policy. It would get ugly fast.

Maybe I shouldn't have been sarcastic. I don't want this place to turn into a political shouting match. That's what egrizz is most of the time and nobody wants that.

I'll draw down, as I firmly believe that our Eagle blood is thicker than water and I care more about EWU football than debating politics online. In fact, I care more about EWU football than I do about most things- as I suspect you do.

Please defer any more typo-ridled diatribes about the evils of socialism and MAGAing to Facebook comment threads on Blaze posts.

Yours in Eag,

LeftyEag

At least you have a sense of humor. Would recommend you stay off the Alternet, MotherJones, Buzzfeed or Slate sites for a while as well. The state of the US for my children is #1, followed closely by the state of EWU football. Both are in flux for sure. Make 2017 great again. ;)

Don't worry, I get all my news from CNN.
