Kyle Whittingham, head coach of Utah (an ISU opponent next season), hired Dave Christensen to be the new offensive coordinator for the Utes...

Christensen and Whittingham worked together at Idaho State, with Christensen coaching the offensive line, tight ends and running backs in 1989 and 1990 when Whittingham was coaching the linebackers.
