Former Players, Assistants

Anybody besides me and spartan that are completely annoyed with UWTC? I think that with PBP's background, he's much more knowledgeable about athletics than UP ever was and is more than qualified to comment on talent matters. Up's not qualified about anything, except for thinking he knows more than anyone else when in reality he doesn't know the first thing about athletics.

What? I give my opinion and than I am attacked? Go pound sand orangeandblack. I did not say anything bad about Mario. What is your deal?

There is a fair amount of players in the NFL that didn't get drafted or drafted in later rounds that are pro bowlers, Tom Brady, Kurt Warner, Walter Payton, Randy Moss. I think Kupp from Eastern is gonna be one of those guys.

Walter was a very high draft pick #5 if memory serves and Moss was a first round selection just to be fair.

Your overall point though is correct, the NFL is littered with guys who were late round picks (like Brady) and who weren't drafted at all who became solid pro's or stars and Pro Bowlers.

Here's a name from the past Johnny Unitas. He's probably the biggest one of those guys.

Thanks for correcting my mistake PBP, the memory isn't what it used to be. I really enjoy all the info you post on here.

PBP does have some great info and brings the subject back to football. Kupp was drafted #69 so not really a lower round guy, but I do think if he can stay healthy will have a great NFL career.

I think, not sure, that Kupp led all rookies in touchdown receptions this past year. He's a vital piece in the Rams offense which is pretty good.

There are 16 players currently listed on a NFL roster from the Big Sky that I found on the Internet. That does not include free agents going into the 2018 season. Out of the 16 players currently on a NFL roster 9 players were drafted and 7 players were undrafted players

Preist Holmes for Kansas City was the running back and Rod Smith for Denver was the receiver I was thinking of that were undrafted that did well in the NFL. Don't know why I had them confused with Payton and Moss. Been nagging at me ever since. Been a while since I have had a brain fart that bad!!!!!! Glad there are people on here that can get the facts right.
