I don't always root for the Eagles, but when I do they are playing the damned Bison!

Man I was hoping you guys would pull that out. The refs made that game almost unwatchable. It's funny how much the Bison fans claimed they were getting screwed over, when you guys took the brunt of it much much worse. I can't believe how calm Baldwin was. Much respect for him as I would have lost my mind.

Your new walk on QB, what an absolute stud. Takes hits, can run, tough, and willing to make the tight throws. He can spin it and he will make it tough on many defenses this season. Crazy to think that the FCS leading passer like 8 weeks in last year is now 3rd string. That is some depth. Maybe you can lend us Hennesey?

Kupp. My absolute favorite overall player in fcs football. Just an absolute beast and stand up dude. Hearing rumors his shoulder could be bad...like real bad. Any truth to this? Hoping it's just a rumor. I want to see him healthy and finish out an amazing fcs career and then go do it in the NFL as well.

Congrats on your win against UNI. Hope we can add another one on Saturday. You guys maintained your streak against them, we need to break ours!

I don't think there is much doubt at this point that EWU and Montana are the two best teams in the Big Sky. All shall be ironed out by Oct 29!

Congrats on the W in the UNI Dome, hopefully the Eagles can lay one down on them on their trip to Cheney.

Hooked, don't be so civil, you are going to take all the fun out of visiting eGriz if the Griz faithful don't mention Eastern and Cheney as a s***hole and the meth capital of the west. Montana has to be one of the favorites to win the Sky this year.

The Griz had a great win on Saturday, hoping we can do the same to UNI this Saturday.

Its pretty clear that the conference is going to come down to Montana and EWU this year, that will be a good one in Cheney in October...

If we can survive the next two weeks and the Griz can get past Poly, both teams will probably be ranked in the top 5 come game day as I don't see either team losing any other games in October...

This. I don't think we have any clue who the top teams are at this point. Some teams that look good early can have things happen (like we're seeing right now)...and other teams will improve. It's anyone's guess at this point.

This. I don't think we have any clue who the top teams are at this point. Some teams that look good early can have things happen (like we're seeing right now)...and other teams will improve. It's anyone's guess at this point.

Typically there are only 5-10 teams that really have a shot to win it all every year, considering what we've done so far in playing the two toughest teams we will face all season, both on the road, you'd be crazy not to think we aren't one of the 10 best teams in the country this year. I'd argue we are top 5 easily.

I think you'll see that most of the teams ranked currently in the top 10 right now, will be the same teams you will find making playoff runs in December...
