A couple punting/kicking dynasties. I wonder how many teams can lay claim to that.

In particular, Diniz 2 could play an important part of the team this year. Hopefully he's like his big brother, and I'm looking forward to seeing what he can do.

I was most impressed with the younger Heath. His punts had better hang time and distance than big brother... Looking forward to 4 years of both Diniz and Heath.

I sure like reading these posts but I rarely add here. I do however have insight into the Hornet specialists and I can say with some confidence that we are in very good shape for the near future.

KICKING
Jason Diniz is stronger and more athletic than brother Chris. He's still young but he is very good. With time he could develop into one of the best in the BSC. His kickoffs should be solid and he's got big time range.

PUNTING
Augie Heath is ready for a great senior season. He is deadly punting into the coffin corners and he added several new tricks to his bag this Summer. He should be a strong positive for the Hornets especially in the tight games. And remember Augie is also a very talented kicker if we need him.

Smith Heath is actually 6'3" 190lbs. A two time All State punter who led California his senior season with 22 punts down inside the 20. He's bigger and stronger than Augie. This kid is an assassin with all of the tools to dominate in the BSC for the next 4 years.

Just like the rest of the positions, the specialists are solid and deep :thumb:

Its funny that both the younger brothers are bigger then the older ones. As far as Diniz2 goes i just hope he can have the same consistency as his older brother and im sure we can expect a few more touchbacks from him. Concerning Heath2, i was highly impressed with his punts in the scrimmage, but let him rs this year under his brother and then he should be more then ready next year.
