We look...fine? Defense needs to figure out 3rd downs- and find some more sustained drives on Offense. Hard to tell if it's just because the first game and haven't stepped up yet- or if we are going to struggle again this season.

We need a big drive by the O. Can't give them the ball back without points with how they have been moving the ball

He fell like a shoulder injury. Was just a matter of time before he got injured again.

Agreed, it's not great. We keep going to the run and they just swallow it up

Need to go to Box. He is young and has potential. He could be like the next Kyle Sloter or Knipp if they were to give him reps. The OL is big enough to give him pass protection and allow our run game to work. This duel threat thing isn't going to cut it. Another year of barely getting 250 to 300 yards total offense. Shut our run down by stacking the box and we are toast.

I was at the game. It didn't feel like a win at times. Watching our offense and then watching their offense was just flat out apples and oranges. They drove the ball on us between the 20's. If they convert on a couple of those in our side of the field, this is an entirely different game. Thank goodness for that one busted coverage play to get us in the right direction early. But that was a wobbly pass. Anyhow great to get a win. We needed it.
