Game Thread: Weber State @ Red Infernos

What a way to lose. Get a first down on 4 down and 18 yards to go and fumble on a QB run.

Can't blame it on Hoke. O-Line got raped on that play (and many others). Embarrasing! :bananahump:

its a bad loss. they are 1-4.

Losing to the National Champs on their home turf is a bad loss? Especially when we've played Pac-12 UW, two teams ranked in the top 15, and two that are in the 20-30 range? Go jump off a cliff.

I agree it is a bad loss for WEBER STATE. EWU was 0-4, we were on the cusp of being ranked. Plus the addition of injuries sustained in Cheney and the way we played in the 2nd quarter we all know it is a bad loss for us. However we do know EWU isn't UNC this year. We never expected to finish 8-0 but we really wanted the EWU win whether the Eagles were 0-4 or 4-0 after last year's game which was the embarrassment, not this game.

I'll just presume then that neither of you understand what a bad loss really is. A bad loss is losing to a team that by all rights is inferior or weaker. Record is not always indicative of that. It was an untimely loss for you guys, but losing to UNC would be a lot worse for you guys.

It could have been worse, (UNC, ISU) but there isn't such a thing as a good loss... We played poorly in the 1st half and ran out of time. It was a game that WSU had a good chance of winning and the way we lost is a bitter pill to swallow.

Weber fans look on the bright side. At least we are not Aggie fans. I don't think I could take the crap their fans have gone thru this year. They should be 4-0 and the curse continues :stir: . Seeing the TD that USU tipped into another Y receiver to win the game confirms that they are snake bitten.

weird i couldn't seem to find your definition of a "bad loss" anywhere. so maybe you should jump off a cliff. To anyone with half a brain that game would be considered a bad loss to any weber fan.
