Game Tickets - Buy/Sell/Trade

Any way in hell of this happening?
Anyone have a couple they can't use and want to sell?
Weren't you just ridiculing our campus (does "Salute to Oil Filters" jog your memory)? Are you still surpised we didn't rush the field for coming within 20 seconds of going to the natty last year (like the Griz have even sniffed it recently)? Yeah, good luck.

Everyone has their price, but I think it will be a very high price this time around.

I have two tickets on the 50 yard line, Isle seats. Row 22 that is 8 from the top and one of only three rows with extra leg room. They are $100 each let me know?

Thanks for catching this one Dozy.

Hope you don't get a ticket MTGriz. Buh bye

It was a reference to something posted on Egriz.

So I just stumbled on this after seeing Talon38 selling 4 tickets at face value to Grizzz fans over on eGriz. I'm really disappointed that would happen. Does that mean that no Eagles fan would buy if given a chance or were they not advertised here? I can see selling to the opposition if it's late and no home fans have stepped up to buy but why help the other team get support in our stadium when we are finally seeing so much success filling it with our fans?

Totally agree HannahO, when I saw the father of a current player was selling tickets to the opposition I was SHOCKED.
I just do not get it. Why expand the stadium in what ever the configuration would be just to sell more tickets to the competition. :ohno: :ohno: :ohno:

I repeat these are premium seats and I do not want to sell them to the Griz. Is there any interest?

Guess I'm the black sheep on this issue, but I don't really care about selling tickets to Griz fans. I support every opportunity the Cheney community has to make a buck off of tourists. I think people from out of town are much more likely to stop at a restaurant/grocery store/gas station than an EWU fan who lives nearby.

Obviously, it is nice to have more EWU fans at the game, but there are benefits to both situations. So, I try not to get worked up one way or the other.

There's a bunch of folks looking for tickets on the "EWU Tailgate" page on facebook.

Rjones;
It appears you are trying to see the bigger picture here so consider this:
How likely are Missoula residents to be season ticket holders next year?
How likely are people from Spokane to be season tickets holders next year?

My take is you sell to the opposition as a last resort for reasons already stated and I think you're forgetting that there are many EWU fans coming in from the west side etc who are just as likely to stop at those local restaurant/grocery store/gas stations as the Griz fan.
