Awesome move.

Saturday hoops tip moved to accommodate 'Tebowmania' OGDEN, Utah -- The tip time for Northern Colorado's men's basketball home game this Saturday against Eastern Washington has moved up an hour, to 4:05 p.m. (MT), to accommodate Saturday's NFL divisional playoff game between Denver and New England.

The Broncos and the Patriots are scheduled to kick off a little after 6 p.m. (MT).

Altitude Sports & Entertainment, which will broadcast the Bears' and Eagles' Big Sky Conference Game of the Week, requested the change. Jerry Schemmel will handle the play-by-play duties, while Mark Randall will serve as his analyst and Maya Starks will report from the sidelines.

Northern Colorado (5-9, 2-1 Big Sky) holds a 6-5 all-time mark against Eastern Washington and a 4-2 record against the Eagles in Greeley.

Eastern Washington (8-8, 2-2) will come into the game following a Thursday night contest at Sacramento State. The Bears, which defeated the Hornets 61-53 on Saturday night, will play Portland State (7-9, 1-3) on Thursday.

Yeah as someone planning on going to the game and wanting to watch the Broncos game, excellent move by the Big Sky. Smart thinking all around.
