Game Time

I hate to say this but Russell Hill is not the guy. After 5 years one would think he could get it done... but no. If it wasn't for T Moore we would look like crap. Kyle is our future and should be the guy if he is healthy.

Sorry but I am tired of watching Hill and our line choke repeatedly. Kind of negative but one of Einstein's quotes comes to mind, "Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Hill's out and Kyle is in!!!

Hold on a second. Hear is what I don't understand, Hill was a serviceable quarterback for 2+ years.... we need to find out why he seems to get worse every year. Although, they need to do something..... pick a guy, any guy, enough of the musical quarterback game Zamberlin loves to play. Not trying to rub salt in the wound but I would love to see that JC quarterback we lost play.

I am not sure that R. Hill is not the guy out of the two. I love Hill as a player and always have.

However, he is favoring his knee and is looking pretty nervous about getting hit or pressured. If that is the case--Idaho State needs to go with Morris. Whatever they decide to do, next week they need to stick with one barring injury.

ISU is also dreadfully thin on the offensive line and they do not have enough depth at WR.

I appreciate the effort of this team today and I am really impressed with the defense and special teams--minus all the bullshit penalties that the defense continues to make. Those things should be fixable.

Offensively--I am worried. This really is three weeks straight of lackluster offense in the passing game.

Watched and listened to today's game and listened to the USU game last week.
Russel Hill is the wet blanket on the Bengals' offense. It started with his appearance and performance with the no score at the end of the first half (eventual missed FG) and the entire second half. Coincidence that the offense disappeared with Hill's entry in to the game? I think not. Russ may be a great kid but he's not the guy to get the job done at QB for us. Let's let Kyle Morris play and develop.

Kudos to the defense and Tavoy Moore. He looked like the real deal in the Holt opener and he is fun to watch on those returns.

I don't think *Quarterback* is the problem. I've seen the first two games and listened to the third. We are greatly improved all over the field except the offensive line. Injuries there are devastating and we appear to be woefully thin at those positions. Moore is a game-changer, as evidenced by the 8 yard punt by NC at the end of the first half. It didn't work out for us, but we had an opportunity that we could only dream about last year. I like this team and I like their hustle and effort. I can't help but feel that we are on the edge of change--and something for the good. BTW, anyone know how to get ahold of a black, #55, MONGA jersey? There were plenty in the stands at Logan last week.

I'm kind of amazed in 4 pages of comments that there has been merely a mention of the performance of Tavoy Moore. While everyone is arguing about the sadly inept ISU QB's, I would like to congratulate the young man that just set the all-time record for all-purpose yards in a game. I have only been following ISU sports the last 2 years, but sometimes I am amazed how the fans get caught up in all of the negativity and miss some obvious positives. This young man is a weapon of the type ISU probably has never had before and if this coaching staff can figure out more ways to get him in the open field with the ball, and as defenses have to concentrate on him good things will start happening for the entire team.
