Good Spot for recruiting info?

Search under Northern Colorado and it's pretty interesting.

You can see the players that have at least verbally commited to us then google them. For instance:

Tim Huskisson chose Northern Colorado over UMKC, and also mentioned that Eastern Kentucky and Eastern Illinois were interested. He said he never officially had an offer from Oral Roberts, although they said they wanted to offer him when they saw him in person. Over the summer, he said the Missouri State coaching staff had been talking to him, as well.

I was meaning for players that are looking at unc. I was hoping to find we would be getting some good players next year to replace all of our senoirs. Hoping the additional exposure will get us some guys that can step in and keep this thing going

Here's the info on our incoming class for 2011:

There's probably not much (if anything) out there on the 2012 class, yet, as signing day isn't for another 8 months.

All that is known right now are the 5 guys that committed already, and from the videos I've seen, they all look very promising. Plus I think the guys that are already on the team will replace the seniors very nicely, if not better. As far as the additional exposure, I'm sure it has turned some recruits heads, but as to whether or not another recruit will come here has yet to be seen. I'm hoping that it helps though.

I think Tate Unruh is going to become a force and Garnica also. Proctor will have to play big under the basket and expecting big things from Connor Osbourne and new recruit Brendan Keane to step right in. All in all it looks pretty good but until we start playing in the fall, its hard to tell yet.

Who do you expect, either on the team now or incoming will make the biggest impact. 2 or 3 guys..

Lloyd and Proctor are expected to be the big producers on next years team, because they have to the most game experience. Also, Unruh, Garnica, Addo and Osbourne are going to be leaned on more to produce. Which I think they will, plus Tevin Svihovec a guy that was injured, could step right in and contribute. As for the new comers, I can see Brendan Keane and the JUCO transfer stepping right in.

I can see any of the returning guys having big years next year, it'll be interesting to see.

Great story on Bears Basketball's future in sunday Greeley Trib. I really think we have the possibility of repeating next season !!!

I do know but I'm not at liberty to say. Stay tuned to UNCBears.com. Or follow us on Twitter (unc_bears). We're almost to the 400-followers mark, which is not nearly enough. :)

Well, Scott won't say so someone else who is in the "know" should let us in. This can't be good.

Is that all though? Aren't we still +1?

So does anybody know for sure why David is leaving ?? Is it due to him not seeing enough playing time or does he feel he does not fit in with the program, or what??

I'm thinkin' it has got to be playing time. He's the only scholarship player that I figured would leave. I know he got a decent amount of playing time his freshman year, but this year he only saw time in blow out wins. I don't really see him getting that much playing time in the future, with the guys coming back and the new kids coming in. It sucks that he's leaving UNC, but I can understand his decision, and best of luck to him.

It was probably mutual. I'm sure he wants to play and I'm sure nobody tried too hard to talk him out of it.
