Saturday was a great day for Eagle basketball!!
Both men and women won by a total of 5 points. The men offered some good news and bad news. Bad news was they only lead for 8 seconds, good news is it was the LAST 8 seconds, 2 point win. Women struggled the entire game but pulled out a 3 point win in the last minute.
Double header is a long day but very rewarding.
 
Was clapping my hands hooting and hollaring, Best time watching basketball all season. Man-o-Man... Back-to-Back... good times.

Anyone know what happened with Andrew Cook and why he didn't go last game? Don't think I spotted him on the bench. Hopefully he'll be back for ISU.

Played great on senior night, wish the rest of his teammates would have stepped it up. I wonder if he will be able to go tonight? I have a bad feeling that the rest of the team is going to mail it in tonight...

I was wrong, everyone was healthy(ish) and played hard, a couple less TO's and a friendlier whistle and we would have gotten the W. Hopefully we win a couple of games in the conference tourney, it would be great if we could pay back a few teams that ruined the last two tourney's for us. If Monson can hold onto what we currently have and the two signed high school kids and grab an ok big in the portal, next year will be a lot better. Go Eags
