Gridiron Club

Anyone else donate / join the Gridiron Club and not receive your gear? I'm not as concerned about the shirts as I am the parking pass and pre-game sideline pass. I like to shoot photos and that is my only chance to get in close. This stuff should have been sent out before the season started! And yeah, have emailed several times, no response. <end rant>

Yeah I got that same treatment from GridIron and the Wildcat Club the last few years so now I didn't join either one of those groups.

Does this fall under the auspices of the Marketing Dept. as well? Color me unimpressed.

Unfortunately, no, marketing isn't over Gridiron. From what I understand is that Gridiron is run by the football team. But, your issue sounds shockingly familiar to anyone who has ever dealt with the Wildcat Club. Maybe the football team has outsourced Gridiron to the Wildcat Club. There was a time once upon a time, that I was a member of the Wildcat Club. Yeah, I don't join anymore. I didn't like how I was treated. I joined at a level that I was suppose to receive certain benefits, but I never got anything from the group. Three years I was a member and I never got anything from them. So, I figured, why keep giving them money. It is really hard being a Weber State fan sometimes.

Call me crazy, but I think part of (re)building a program is treating the fans right. Especially fans who stick with the team and make donations even during the low points. Does no one inside the program visit this forum? Regardless, will not let it spoil my excitement for NDSU.

Coach Swan is over the GridIRON Club. He is awesome and will treat you great. Shoot him an email or call and I'm sure he will answer any concerns you might have. Go Cats, beat the Bison!!
