Enrollment in Bozeman is exploding where in Missoula it's going in the opposite direction. UM doesn't have any STEM (science, tech, engineering & math) programs.

My son is at MSU where last year they got $19M donation to build new engineering labs and classrooms.

UM enrollment last year 10,000
MSU over 16,000

One of my best friends is a Griz grad who writes code for Boeing. So that was a head scratcher statement for me.

The biggest travesty is he doesn't care a lick for football, so any ribbing about the current state of the EWU vs UM rivalry has no effect.
