15 returning starters. Pretty young at corner

Looks like pretty strong set of Jr. and Sr. returnee's at nearly all positions (except corner). Their two deep's are young. IMO more offensive playmakers then Oregon State had last year and the front seven on D is no joke with Shaq Thompson and Shelton leading the way. Definitely won't shut down the passing game with our standard back on heels defense, Mickens is really quick and Stringfellow is a freak. EWU can compete for sure, will require a defensive effort that attacks Miles incessantly, slows down the run game and gets off the field on long third downs. No problem

This game is going to be an uphill climb. And in many ways, it is kind of a long shot. However, I feel as if a lot is resting on this game. I did a little twitter exploration and I have seen comments such as "Eastern Washington is good, but UW and WSU are where it is at." Washington knows us, but is not willing to except us into the upper class of Washington football. Yet. If we win this game, 2015 will have one of, if not the best recruiting class ever.

I think the trouble a lot of high school seniors have is the question in their head of "do I want to sit on the bench at a pac 12 school, or play and WIN at EWU".

That's a good problem for us to have in my opinion.
