Guess the Attendance

I’m seeing lots and lots of sponsored ads on social media, commercials, and emails. Way more than ever before.

Republic are playing too, I still say:

15.881
 
Channel 40 news led off the 11 o’clock hour with a several minutes story about the upcoming game.

Perhaps that helps drum up more interest.

Pretty damned close.

According to ESPCNN, the official attendance at Hornet Stadium was 15,927.

Honestly not bad considering the KINGS and Republic FC games were overlapping.

KINGS attendance is reported as 16,296.
Republic FC attendance is reported as 11,569.

I say 13,768 for Homecoming, game is not being played up as much as the ESPN event.

That’s the exact reason my wife and I won’t be able to attend. RSVP’d to a Halloween party on Saturday over a month ago. Otherwise we’d be going to Hornet Stadium.

If it wasn’t being hosted by such close friends I’d probably be flaking out to go to the game,

We are blowing one off and gonna decorate the truck for the tailgate. When I was a student it was always crappy to have a home game Halloween weekend, no one would come with me, lol…
 
Cam Salerno is reporting that the Sac State ticket office has already sold 1,000 more tickets ahead of the Idaho game than they did for the UM game.

That’s obviously a good indicator, we’ll see what the walk up factor will be on halloween party weekend…
