Has Frank Session Tranferred?...YES

this news is kind of like when we heard ryan eastman was transferring expect session leaving is much more devistating.

Has anyone heard any credible details as to why? I wonder if this was in the works before or after the Montana game. I would assume before the NIT, given the number of minutes and lack of interest (6 minutes, 2 TO).

Hard to understand what's going on in his head, but you just new something was up in the Cincy game. I will miss seeing him get the team jazzed before tipoff, jump the tipoff and getting the crowd into it after a dunk. Nobody played with as much hustle and energy as Session, just seems really bizarre.

I'll be sad to see him go. Good luck in the future.

What does this mean for the team? Will Rahe try to sign another player, or go into next season with the guys he has?

well here is the scholarship for hajek now. so that means we can get another big.

Yeah, I'm not sure he is getting an athletic/basketball scholarship yet. Some other arrangment has been set up by the school for him. He is a really smart kid. I'm sure he has a great academic scholarship. Also, there are a lot of special interest scholarships that the NCAA allows.

As for Session...Wow...still in shock. I figured it was going to happen, but hoped it wouldn't. I can't help saying it, but in a sense he is quitting on life. I hope the best for him though.

Sessions quitting the team and going Div II really isn't helping in our effort to win some instate games. We can go on without him and will still be #1 in the polls come October but we sure could use him.

who cares about a quitter... who's Sessions....let's move on.. Coach Rahe will indeed find a player that can hit a 15 foot nobody on you shot...we will be bigger, better, more athletic, and have better shooters next year.. no premadona's...

Talhad said he heard Session isnt for sure quit yet and that we will know for sure in the next few weeks. I really hope he wants to stay and changes his mind.

No one has reported anything official from the standard, Dnews, or trib, so I do belive it is not for sure yet until we hear something official.

Also anyone who thinks that losing Session, (the Conf Newcomer of the year) won't hurt us next year is mistaken. Hope to hell he stays.

So why didn't Tal post this instead of you posting it for him?
Also, the ONLY place it has been reported that Frank is transferring is on HIS OWN facepage thingy.

Even if he leaves, it isn't as bad as what's going on at Utah. They've already had four players leave, including leading scorer Carlon Brown.
