Even if he leaves, it isn't as bad as what's going on at Utah. They've already had four players leave, including leading scorer Carlon Brown.

Brown leaving is shocking!! The other three...blah, but Brown? Yikes!!

In all honesty, Brown's departure reminds me a lot about when JP left after his JR season. JP was recruited by Cravens, but stayed on and played for Rahe. I think JP said a lot of the same things that Brown is saying. The difference is that Brown has only played for one coach, while JP played for Cravens and Rahe. Interesting. I really don't think its as big as a disaster for the Utes as we all think.

As for READ....Plain and simple, he made a really bad decision by going to Utah. The kid had an offer from Weber State and he turned us down to go to the bigger school. Not saying he would have done any better here, but he would have at least played. He is also a junior

Cyphers and Hines...they will both find good homes at lower DI programs.

he's probably long gone. no one has had any positive news in the last 2 weeks.

While there has been NO official press release, Frank Session is leaving the WSU program and is moving back home to So. Cal.

this sucks to hear he is gone; we, the fans will miss him. i guess then other players will be stepping up since we are losing a senior to be.

It takes some serious onions to cut an all conference player. But I like it. It sends a very strong message that if your attitude stinks you won't be on a Randy Rahe coached team. I think we will be just fine without him. The biggest thing this year's team lacked was shooting, and we all know Session was a part of that problem.

What's interesting here is that nobody played more minutes this year than Frank, he was never benched other than in the NIT. His statement of "I'm ready to go home" immediately after the Montana game tells me he really didn't want to be here. I was hoping he would stick around, however I think we will be just fine with Porter in his place. Porter can shoot lights out, and is still very athletic he won't rebound like Frank, but he won't turnover the ball often like Frank did either. Porter stays after practice and shoots and shoots just like Lillard. It sounds like Rahe was not willing to let Sessions bad attitude rub off on all the Redshirts and incoming class of Freshman. I'm just curious to see who will step up and replace the high energy level that Session brought. I also hope Porter is available by the time we play Byu, anybody know when the Byu game is in Dec? Porter will be available by mid Dec?
