I was hoping when the season began that this game would have more meaning for both teams. I am sure Bear fans were too. Now it is a game where both teams are playing for pride and trying to build for next season. Wish I could make the game, but will have to watch on Big Sky TV. Here's to a good finish for both teams and to a better 2014. :thumb:

I'm hoping just to keep it within 3 TD's.
If the Bears play like they did against MSU this is anyone's game. Cal Poly is limping into this game offensively. I am expecting a dog fight. Both teams want to finish the season with a win and I expect both to leave it all out on the field.

I like the noon kicks offs it's nice to get your humiliation over with early and then have the rest of the day to do other things.

This season was an abject failure and the AD will be on at half time I am curious to hear what he says.

This will be my first impression of the guy, if he's full of shit I'm going to sense it immediatly. I just hope he doesn't try and whitewash this dog shit program. If so we're doomed.

It's time to quit making excuses and make something happen.

I'm going to go ahead and predict we lose our next game.

Wait, what, the schdule for 2014 hasn't been released yet?

Doesn't matter...

What a way to go out, very appropriate, this team quit after the CSU Pueblo game.

The more people that leave the program after this season the better need to clean out this culture of losing.

But good things are happening behind the scenes guys! At least according to Troy and Ben. What good things?? Zero preparation, zero coaching, and zero anything. I think Collins should be fired, just for the fact that you go 5-6 last season and it felt like that UNC had finally turned the corner. Then you go 1-11 this year, and were only in a couple ball games this year, the rest you looked like complete and utter shit. Constantly getting out coached. Let an RMAC team come in here and make you look like fools. I feel sorry the seniors that got stuck with a shitty staff.

I think Collins will get another year, but I wish the new AD had the resources to get rid of him. But you never know he might not like Collins's vibe.

The new AD said basically that he does things the right way, that he's impressed with him, etc.

Apparently the new AD hasn't watched any of the games...

This program is terrible, what reason at all is there to be optimistic about next year?

Someone please convice me why they will be better I'd love to hear it.

I was a strong defender of the team and somewhat of the coaches early in the season, but I have seen the light. Team is unorganized and lacks any motivation to succeed. I don't believe that is all because of a losing culture within the team. I believe that falls more on the inability of the coaches to prepare, motivate, and inspire. This staff, at the very least Collins and the DC, need to go.

I am afraid though that the leadership, boosters and even the new AD fall into the idiotic Monfort philosophy that says as long as your are doing things the "right way" it doesn't matter if the team has a winning record.

I wouldn't count on anything changing based on what I have heard or read from the new AD. Be prepared for continued futility and embarrassment.

I would suggest that everybody on this board send an email to the new AD and let him know that this is not acceptable. His email, at least until he is on the job full time, is [email protected]
