Great article. He would be a great person to talk to (mentor) if you were interested in playing in Europe (or Asia or South America).

Is Irv Brown still doing radio in Denver? Even in the 90's he would pay attention to UNC and might be a guy that would give us some good publicity in Denver (if he hasn't already).

Yeah, he and Joe Williams are still at it, having just made their 2nd station move in as many years...They've now got early afternoons on Mile High Sports 1510.

I used to love Irv Brown but could not stand Joe Williams. Would have loved a Dave Logan - Irv Brown show.

Just being DI brings out more of this stuff, even on the local news (9News) our basketball scores are on the crawler and on their website with the AP story... no DII teams get that treatment, it's not much but it builds up awareness and if you're a high school kid today you have only known us as DI so the tide is begining to roll.
