OK! I am a glutton for punishment. That is obvious as I just keep going back. But, I do support these kids. They work hard and I keep hoping somewhere along the way, these knuckleheads will get some clarity with their leadership.

So here we are; another week, another set of quarters; another chance to turn it around. (Albeit a weak one, you never know) Any given Saturday....there is always an Achilles heal. I mean for flipping sake, North Dakota State was beaten so that proves it all.

So, GO BEARS! Let's have a great Homecoming and here's to another chance our guys put on a good show and do what they can do. Trae should be in, but even if he's not, Brandon and Darius do a great job. Then you have Stephen on track for 1000 yard season if they keep throwing to him and Thomas in on track for a record breaking season with tackles! let's show them who the Bears really are. Just not the penalty part. Keep them in the locker room.

Yep - heading to Nottingham in a little bit. We should win this game, but that's also what I said about UC Davis.

I think I have an ulcer after that game. I do have to say there were some definite improvements on penalties (or lack there of) compared to prior games and defense seemed to really step up from prior games. Second half offense was tighter as well. Still, I don't understand why we play so conservatively. It seems as if our OC is ok with a 5 pt. lead instead of driving down and putting the game away. We instead go 3 and out. We ended up having to fight to win this all the way to the end. Good game overall and happy to back in the W column especially heading into Portland! Go Bears!!!

This was the first game that the defense was actually fun to watch. We should of had at least 2 interceptions and one would have been a pick 6 ! Offense could not move after our first score ! Don't know why Reik was held out first half but he made a huge difference in the second half . It's a shame we lost to UC Davis ! Go Bears

Collins said he wasn't going to play him unless he had to. I would say it was a good move. Offense wasn't doing much after the first drive. I just hope he stays healthy. The offense is so different with him in it. He's a hell of a player.
