I have not posted for a while, and around town I have vigorously defended Coach Z, but after what I watched today I am at a loss for words. Another blocked punt, an offensive line that was offensive, a running game that was totally inept, 23 rushes for -32 yards, and Blum who was just totaly outplayed by a freshman. Plus we burn Morgans redshirt. I've had it, while not missing a game for years I am done! That was the worst exhibition of football in the 1st half that I have ever seen from ISU. Can we change coaches in the middle of the season? We may be better served if we could!!!

Do you think a new coach will help. I think Coach Z is a good coach, he tries to excite,motivate and direct his players. But what it comes down to, the game, the people on the field are the ones who are responsible for the play. If they don't think or have the athletic ability then the games end the way they do. Losing. I sat and watch the game while directing the webcast and shots for the big screen and couldn't believe it. After awhile you just lose interest.
You can fire the coaches but you still have the same players. As a student getting raped by the state for tuition and losing classes I feel the athletic dept needs to be taken a look at an see if its a money maker. Tingy said that football is the money maker for the rest of the dept: how can it do that with empty seats.
